World’s biggest cyberattack detected, 360 million accounts, 1.25 billion email addresses hacked

An internet security firm has stumbled upon a “mind boggling” and “Godzilla-sized” cache of personal data put up for sale on the online black market by hackers.

One of the hacker attacks stole over 105 million records making it the single largest data breach in cybercrime history.

The trove included credentials from more than 360 million accounts and around 1.25 billion email addresses.

The discovery was made by cybersecurity firm Hold Security. “These credentials can be stolen directly from your company but also from services in which you and your employees entrust data. In October 2013, Hold Security identified the biggest ever public disclosure of 153 million stolen credentials from Adobe Systems. One month later we identified another large breach of 42 million credentials from Cupid Media,” the firm said.

They accumulated the data over the past three weeks. The company first tracked over 300 million abused credentials that were not disclosed publicly (that is over 450 million credentials if one counts the Adobe find).

“But this month we exceeded all expectations. In the first three weeks of February we identified nearly 360 million stolen and abused credentials and 1.25 billion records containing only email addresses. These mind boggling numbers are not meant to scare you and they are a product of multiple breaches which we are independently investigating. This is a call to action,” it added.

“The sheer volume is overwhelming,” said Alix Holden, chief information security officer of Hold Security.

Hold Security says that the email addresses came from all major providers including Google, Microsoft and Yahoo, and that many non-profit organizations and almost all Fortune 500 companies had been affected.

This comes just months after details of 2.9 million people across the globe were stolen in a highly sophisticated cyberattack on Adobe.

Adobe’s security team announced recently that the attackers accessed Adobe customer IDs and encrypted passwords on its systems and removed information including customer names, encrypted credit or debit card numbers, expiration dates and customer orders.

Who Gifted Us Racism?

we Indians have a very good habit we only talk about a problem when some one dies because of it and then we forget all those. Let see what is racism, Racism is actions, practices or beliefs, or social or political systems that consider different races to be ranked as inherently superior or inferior to each other, based on presumed shared inheritable traits, abilities, or qualities. And in India we have lot many of religion, castes,languages and tradition. And we have divided India on basis of that. A Hindu family is divided with Muslim or a Christian family. we have not only divided on basis of religion but also on basis of caste upper class and lower class but that’s not end we are also divided on the basis of languages. But OK i come to know we are divided but who exactly has done us on such a basis. First of all “we are responsible” who are still get divided rather than thinking we are human not Hindu not Muslim not christian not Sikh not Jewish not Buddhist. Secondly “our great politician” who just for the sake of our vote who are dividing us from the time of independence. They have learnt this from east India company how to “DIVIDE AND RULE” they might have not learnt how East India company made Howrah bridge or sang am bridge of Allahabad which is still in existence not like the bridge made by Indian govt.

I never come to know why Indian states are made on the basis of language like Tamil Nadu is for Tamil people, Gujarat is for Gujarati, Punjab for Punjabi and many more and see we are making one more Telangana. I read some where that at the time of Tamil Nadu the first state to be divided on the basis of language Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was not ready to do so but he has done so for the sake of politics. British govt. has divided India on the basis of religion and made Pakistan which has taken a lot of life and then now these politicians are dividing us on the basis of caste and other daily. Just to gain a power before every election you might be seeing a new reservation or funds for a particular race. candidates for election are selected on the basis of minority vote share. I am not seeing any end of it, it’s one of the biggest dark spot on the face of a Indian.

we have seen racism of Mumbai  against people from Bihar or people from Uttarpradesh  is it a freedom when a person from one part of nation can not go to a different part of nation. Recently we have seen a case of Nido who lost his life just because of racism. is this the India we were looking at the time we were fighting for freedom. we can not divide our self on such a basis. Do not let this happen. Government need to see who really needs help instead of seeing which cast or religion he/ she belongs to.

CONCLUSION – It is not some one else coming to tell us now we have to think out of the box and change this system. politician do not need to divide us  they just need to do job they meant for  if they will be doing what they meant for no one will be able to take your position. To get this thing done by the politician we need to chose our M.P. ,MLA not on the basis of caste or religion but on the basis of the work they do for the growth of society. we need to promise our self to not to criticize anyone on the basis of religion or caste. Lets be united and make Indian a better place to live for human. while I was writing this blog I came to now we got a one more new state Telangana as 29 state of India made on the basis of language. Indian Politics really sucks!!!!!!

Whether Indian Education system needs a change

Indian education system can be said as oldest education system in the world. Takshila university is the first university of the world then nalanda university. we also have great IIT’s which gives out some of the best scholars of the world but still IIT Bombay is at 100th  position in the world. when we start at our education we start with a lot of trouble of getting admission in a good school and this fight remains continuously from school to college to university and whole life. I feel myself  lucky that at least i got education there are many who have never got a chance to go to the school. There is only 66% of literacy in India which is not good. And the main problem we come see that these 66% people which are literate they are also not either getting job or if getting job the do not like the job they do.

• AT CLASS 10TH – After completely 10 years of education .End of 10 grade comes with a round table meeting with all the relatives and elder to decide the future of a person. Traditional one can have only three choices Maths, Biology, commerce no other option. a 16 year boy/ girl who have never to see any other option rather than getting ready for engineering or a doctor or ca. No one shows any other option apart of these let take all the case one by one what happen in next two or three years.Lets take a case of a person who select biology every one starts to see him as a aspiring doctor whole day night all the people of a family reminds him/her that he has to be a doctor. He/she will start to take coaching because that’s a trend to get the best coaching class in town or even to other town. some of the students do well by that but some are there who spoils there life. 0.3 to 0.4  million students appears for AIPMT  exam for 2500 seats which is horrifying. some more than this appears in state level exams. If one is not selected then he will try again or go for BDS and BAMS or they will try again. sorry there is one more B pharma. If they become a doctor it doesn’t mean they are very good doctor after investing 23 years of there life they have to do MD. And this also not the end there are many problems sitting ahead of you because let say you are a surgical doctor than many of the doctors who are there who doesn’t use all there instrument properly because no one told them how to use it. And let say if they have learnt it also than once they  become a doctor they stop to study the don’t want to keep themselves up to date.                                                                                                                                                                 Now see what happens when some one take maths after 10th that’s my case for sure they have to become a engineer the first option is IIT which looks like climbing Everest. Every one again think of coaching of kota which has a different story that we discuss in any other blog. students try very hard to get to any IIT some very very hardworking students get admission rest try for NITs  but the average students get a admission in state colleges and that is same like hell there are many lot of engineering colleges but when come out from college you come to know what the real life is. I am asking a question that there are many colleges but why government is not trying to make these college alike of IIT instead of opening new IIts. There is no practical knowledge in state level college just a theory. It takes a decade to change a syllabus. After completing college there are very few jobs available for these state level college student.
• AFTER BACHELOR DEGREE – This is a turning point when student come to know what is the reality then only they come to know whether they have done there bachelor degree in a right field or not. There are only some options left with him either to change there field and be ready to give answers to all those who ask why you have changed your field. second option they have to be in the same either study further or do a job without interest. Third option to start there own business which is also very risky first of all getting funds to start a business then to run it. By the chance if they fail we Indians do not like failure everyone start to criticize.
• HIGHER EDUCATION – There are very less people who go for higher education because we study for earning not for knowledge. we Indians are only study to get a job and to live lavish life.
• PROBLEMS AND SOLUTION – when we study we do not take any practical knowledge we just go through with the books we never ask a why? it is so, and this problem continues for whole life. we need to start asking questions and we need to give this habit to the coming generation. There are very less career options  especially in small cities  we need to give more options to coming generation and give him as many option as much possible and let them choose what they want to become because when someone likes his/her job then only they can do some thing better in the field they are  work for. There is not only need of opening new school college or university but there is a need of opening educational institute with a better quality standards we see what is the standard of government schools it is well known to everyone.        Jobs should have a clear transparent entrance with no back door entry. There must be a strict law for child labor parent must be punished who send there child for work at early age. Reservation on basis of caste is dividing the nation we need to change reservation on basis of caste to reservation on basis of  earning of a family.Educating girl child is also important do not hurry to get the girl marriage as early as possible we need to leave this on the will of a girl. we also need to leave the laid back attitude we need to keep on learning new things even after getting getting job. please i will request to the politician to at least leave education apart of there politics.

Out Of The Box

we always listen these four words “out of the box” form teachers, parents and elders. But tell me one thing are they just four words or  it have some thing bigger than its meaning. when some one say that we need to go out of the box it does not always mean to see any thing in different way.

so lets see what exactly is out of the box and how we can see some think out of the box. when we need to go out of box at all those time when we do not have any solution for any problem because there are many different ways of solving one problem just we need to see by which way we like to solve a problem. It is very frustrating when some says to see out of the box but we need to understand then it might be possible that the person might have given you a million dollar idea. when our ears listen these word than we need to think are the things we are doing are we doing properly or if we are doing it properly  then is there any chance to improve our work.

How we can think out of the box ? we can only think out of the box when we are ready to leave “our comfort zone” . To achieve our dreams we have to go out of the box and to go out of the box we need to leave our comfort zone. It is necessary because when we have a comfort zone we do not think of doing some thing extra-ordinary or to do something even ordinary. Comfort zone make our life relaxed and we and our mind become lazy and we start feeling we do not need anything to do. And that’s a reason why when one say to go out of the box we feel it frustrating.
